How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data from the Rise Capital app, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to: support@risepetroleum.com
- Use the subject line: "Delete My Data - Rise Capital"
- Include your account email address in the email body
- We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove the following information:
- Your account information (email address)
- Your Firebase authentication credentials and session tokens
- Your investment portfolio data and associated records
- Your push notification token (if applicable)
- Any other personal information associated with your account
Data Retention and Deletion Timeline
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your deletion request within 48 hours
- Processing Time: Your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of your request
- Local Data: Any locally stored session data on your device will be cleared when you log out or uninstall the app
- Legal Retention: Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records, fraud prevention)
Additional Information
After your data is deleted:
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- This action cannot be undone
- If you need access restored in the future, please contact us — accounts are managed by Rise Capital on your behalf
